Who repairs your device
Your Custom Office PC is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Agripada repair shops handle Custom the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Custom technicians are trained specifically on Custom Office PC architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Custom work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Custom component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Custom Office PC — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400011 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Mohammad Ali Road, our service coverage extends across Agripada and all surrounding localities. In addition to Agripada, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Mumbai Central, Saat Rasta, Jacob Circle and other nearby areas.
How your Custom Office PC gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Agripada; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Custom work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Custom Office PC does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, our technicians power down your computer fully, remove the bezel or display assembly screws, disconnect the fragile LVDS/eDP display cable, and swap in a panel matched to the exact resolution and connector type your model uses — then reseat the cable and run a full-screen color/dead-pixel test before closing the lid back up.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
A Custom Office PC is a desktop built from individually selected components for everyday office/productivity use rather than gaming or heavy workloads.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Flickering, lines, dim backlight, or complete darkness on your Custom — this is the signal you need Custom Office PC Desktop Screen Replacement in Agripada. Rather than replacing the full lid assembly, Xigox replaces only the damaged panel — saving you ₹3,000–₹8,000 in unnecessary charges. Every replacement screen undergoes full quality checks before delivery.
Many Custom problems trace back to software. Our team are equally skilled at diagnosing and fixing OS issues as hardware repair. Common software causes include: a corrupted Windows or macOS installation, a malware infection, blue screens, or boot sector errors. We reinstall and configure macOS cleanly and quickly, preserving your data wherever possible.
We know your time is valuable in Agripada. Xigox plans this job for rapid turnaround. In 90% of cases, our technicians complete the job on the same day. Our team offers free doorstep pickup from your Agripada address, execute the repair at our workshop, and return it to you.
Your private information is fully protected during your repair. Residents across Agripada rely on Xigox because we follow strict data privacy protocols. During the repair, your photos, emails, and passwords are completely secure. In cases where OS reinstallation is required, we will always inform you first.
Numbers speak louder. Xigox maintains a 4.9-star rating from 9,605+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Common praise includes: no surprise charges, fast turnaround, and genuine parts. What Agripada customers value most: "Same-day fix with genuine parts and clear communication throughout." Become part of the growing community of satisfied Xigox customers in Agripada.
A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers this repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. When manufacturer warranty has expired, third-party repair is typically often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Every job performed by Xigox in Agripada comes with a documented 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. Simply put, if the same issue recurs within 90 days, we redo it completely free. Xigox issues a printed warranty receipt every single time, so you know exactly what is covered.
Arranging this repair in Agripada is incredibly simple. Step 1, call or WhatsApp us at +91 74997 61196 to describe your issue. Next, our complimentary collection driver arrives at your Agripada doorstep within 1–2 hours. The team then carry out a thorough diagnostic (₹350, credited toward your repair). Once you agree, this repair is executed with genuine parts — and your Custom is returned to you. Most repairs done same day.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Agripada is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Before any work begins, our technician provides a clear cost estimate covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
