Who repairs your device
Your Custom Office PC is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Kanjurmarg repair shops handle Custom the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Custom technicians are trained specifically on Custom Office PC architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Custom work is so much higher than a general shop's.
We stock genuine Custom parts and OEM-compatible components for every common Custom Office PC fault — from screen replacements and battery swaps to logic board repairs and data recovery. Before any work begins, you receive a written cost estimate. Our ₹350 inspection fee is refunded if you proceed with the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, our technicians configure the printer or device's wireless settings from scratch (rather than just retrying a half-working existing setup), install the matching driver on each device that needs it, and confirm the connection survives a router restart.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
A Custom Office PC is a desktop built from individually selected components for everyday office/productivity use rather than gaming or heavy workloads.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Bulging or leaking capacitors in Kanjurmarg are an extremely common fault on boards older than 5 years — especially after Mumbai's humid monsoon cycles. Xigox's board-level engineers perform targeted cap replacement rather than recommending a full board swap: a ₹500–₹1,500 repair instead of a ₹10,000–₹25,000 board replacement. That's the standard Xigox holds for Custom Office PC Networking Setup in Kanjurmarg — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Custom Office PC Networking Setup is complete.
There are many repair shops in Kanjurmarg, however, Xigox stands out for this repair. We believe in total honesty. Each repair begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert repair in Kanjurmarg.
Numbers speak louder. Xigox maintains a 4.9-star rating from 9,727+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Common praise includes: no surprise charges, fast turnaround, and genuine parts. What Kanjurmarg customers value most: "Same-day fix with genuine parts and clear communication throughout." Become part of the growing community of satisfied Xigox customers in Kanjurmarg.

Then — ₹350 diagnostic pinpoints the issue. Step 3 — you approve the quote via WhatsApp — zero pressure. Replacing an entire board is often unnecessary than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's in-house BGA rework station means engineers diagnose the exact failing IC and replace only that component — a fraction of full board replacement. Kanjurmarg residents come to Xigox specifically for this.
Premium job doesn't have to be expensive in Kanjurmarg. By optimizing our repair processes, we offer savings of up to half the cost compared to official repair outlets. You get the same OEM components for your Custom, without the massive markup. Request a price estimate for this job in Kanjurmarg today.
A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers this repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. When manufacturer warranty has expired, third-party repair is typically often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Your personal data is our top priority during your job. Customers throughout Kanjurmarg trust us because we never access personal files. Throughout the job, your confidential files remain untouched. If a software reset is necessary, we consult you beforehand.
