10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Halav Pol repair shops handle Custom the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Custom technicians are trained specifically on Custom Office PC architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Custom work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Custom component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Custom Office PC — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401404 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Palghar, our service coverage extends across Halav Pol and all surrounding localities. In addition to Halav Pol, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Palghar Market, Palghar Station, Palghar and other nearby areas.
How your Custom Office PC gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Halav Pol; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Custom work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Custom Office PC does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, we test the charger's actual output voltage first (a surprisingly common cause, especially with third-party chargers), then check the DC jack/battery connector, and finally test the motherboard's own charging circuit — in that order, from simplest and cheapest cause to most involved.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes
The model
A Custom Office PC is a desktop built from individually selected components for everyday office/productivity use rather than gaming or heavy workloads.
Skip the directories. Book direct for transparent pricing with Xigox. A desktop PC or all-in-one that won't boot, runs slowly, or has hardware faults in Halav Pol needs a technician who understands desktop architecture. Xigox handles Custom Office PC Computer Workstation Not Turning On for all desktop types: the full range of desktop hardware faults. Doorstep collection available across Halav Pol.
Businesses across Halav Pol trust our issue to maintain productivity. We offer AMC agreements, priority SLA turnaround, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages this issue for your Halav Pol workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
Many Halav Pol customers wonder whether their laptop insurance covers the repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. When manufacturer warranty has expired, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Every issue performed by Xigox in Halav Pol comes with a documented 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. Simply put, if the same issue recurs within 90 days, we redo it completely free. Xigox issues a printed warranty receipt every single time, so you know exactly what is covered.
Replacing an entire board is often unnecessary than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's in-house chip-level facility means engineers diagnose the exact failing IC and replace only that component — a fraction of full board replacement. Halav Pol residents seek us out for chip-level repair.
We repair devices for homes, offices and colleges across Halav Pol book us with free pickup and drop. You get a written quote before any work, OEM-grade parts and a 90-day warranty, whether it is one laptop or an office fleet. When you choose Xigox for this issue in Halav Pol, you get the same service and warranty as every other customer.

Whether you have an exam deadline and your Custom just stopped working, our priority service guarantees your Custom is repaired within 4–6 hours. Priority repairs are available 7 days a week in Halav Pol. Simply mention 'URGENT' when booking and we'll prioritise your issue immediately.
Your Custom model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Halav Pol, it undergoes a rigorous full-system inspection. We verify that your issue was executed flawlessly, testing screen calibration. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Halav Pol.
Xigox's responsibility extends beyond the repair itself. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Halav Pol customers choose Xigox again and again.
