Who repairs your device
Your Custom Workstation is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we fully open the chassis (not just surface-clean the exterior), clear dust from the fan, heatsink, and vents, check battery health, re-seat RAM/storage connections, and run a software health check — treating this as a genuine inspection, not just a wipe-down.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
The model

Many Dharavi customers wonder whether their laptop insurance covers this job. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. When manufacturer warranty has expired, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Swapping the whole board costs 3–5x more than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's on-site micro-soldering lab means engineers identify the specific chip and repair at the component level — saving customers thousands of rupees. Customers in Dharavi seek us out for chip-level repair.
