We repair Custom hardware at chip and board level where it's safe to do so — often a fraction of a full-module swap.

We use genuine Custom parts wherever available; otherwise OEM-compatible components.
Who repairs your device
Your Custom Workstation is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
If you are looking for Custom Workstation repair in Papdy that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Custom bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Custom boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Parts for Custom Workstation models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401207 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Vasai Creek, our service coverage extends across Papdy and all surrounding localities. In addition to Papdy, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Kaul Heritage City, Navghar Vasai, Vasai Gaon and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Papdy. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Every Custom repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Custom Workstation.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we fully open the chassis (not just surface-clean the exterior), clear dust from the fan, heatsink, and vents, check battery health, re-seat RAM/storage connections, and run a software health check — treating this as a genuine inspection, not just a wipe-down.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
The model
A Custom Workstation is a desktop built from individually selected professional-grade components for engineering, creative, or data workloads, rather than a certified pre-built workstation.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Desktop PC diagnostics in Papdy need a different approach than laptop repair — a POST card, PSU tester, and RAM slot isolation. Xigox technicians use a methodical component-isolation sequence: starting from the most common fault point outward. This prevents unnecessary parts purchases — you don't replace a ₹8,000 GPU if the PSU is the real fault.
Quality matters for this issue. Because of this, our team strictly use genuine parts for your Custom. Instead of unbranded components, we use trusted supply chains. This is how we help your issue stay durable, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
All the repair completed by Xigox in Papdy comes with a written three-month warranty on parts and labour. That means, if anything goes wrong within 3 months, we fix it at zero extra cost. You get a written warranty card with every repair, so the terms are clear.
You have options in Papdy, but Xigox is the preferred choice for this issue. Our core values include 100% upfront pricing. Every issue starts with a detailed hardware check costing just ₹350, refunded if you proceed. No hidden charges — just professional issue in Papdy.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Before your Custom is returned in Papdy, it must pass a rigorous full-system quality check. Our team ensures that the repair was successful, checking wi-fi connectivity. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Papdy.
Businesses across Papdy trust our issue to maintain productivity. We offer AMC agreements, a priority response queue, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages this issue for your Papdy workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
Your private information is fully protected during your repair. Residents across Papdy rely on Xigox because we follow strict data privacy protocols. During the repair, your photos, emails, and passwords are completely secure. In cases where OS reinstallation is required, we will always inform you first.
Not sure what's wrong with your Custom? Before you commit to any issue, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our local experts will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
Xigox's responsibility extends beyond the repair itself. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Papdy customers choose Xigox again and again.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Papdy is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Before any work begins, our technician provides a clear cost estimate covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Don't just take our word for it. Xigox has earned a 4.9-star rating from 9,605+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Customers frequently mention: honest pricing, same-day completion, and OEM-grade replacements. What Papdy customers value most: "Same-day fix with genuine parts and clear communication throughout."
