Who repairs your device
Your Custom Workstation is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When you book this with us, we start with a short consultation about what you actually use your computer for, recommend the specific combination of RAM, storage, or other upgrades that will genuinely move the needle for that use case (rather than upselling parts that won't help), and benchmark before and after so you can see the real difference.
Typical time: 45–90 minutes depending on scope
The model
A Custom Workstation is a desktop built from individually selected professional-grade components for engineering, creative, or data workloads, rather than a certified pre-built workstation.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Custom Workstation Computer Assembling Service for desktops in Goregaon need a different approach than laptop repair — a POST card, PSU tester, and RAM slot isolation. Xigox technicians use a methodical component-isolation sequence: starting from the most common fault point outward. This prevents unnecessary parts purchases — you don't replace a ₹8,000 GPU if the PSU is the real fault.
