Who repairs your device
Your Custom Workstation is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Prabhadevi repair shops handle Custom the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Custom technicians are trained specifically on Custom Workstation architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Custom work is so much higher than a general shop's.
We stock genuine Custom parts and OEM-compatible components for every common Custom Workstation fault — from screen replacements and battery swaps to logic board repairs and data recovery. Before any work begins, you receive a written cost estimate. Our ₹350 inspection fee is refunded if you proceed with the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400025 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Ganesh Nagar, our service coverage extends across Prabhadevi and all surrounding localities. In addition to Prabhadevi, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Worli, Dadar West, Matunga and other nearby areas.
How your Custom Workstation gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Prabhadevi; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Custom Workstation leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, our technicians power down your computer fully, remove the bezel or display assembly screws, disconnect the fragile LVDS/eDP display cable, and swap in a panel matched to the exact resolution and connector type your model uses — then reseat the cable and run a full-screen color/dead-pixel test before closing the lid back up.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
A Custom Workstation is a desktop built from individually selected professional-grade components for engineering, creative, or data workloads, rather than a certified pre-built workstation.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Cheap replacement screens fail within 3–6 months — colour drift, backlight bleed, and dead pixels. For Custom Workstation Desktop Screen Replacement in Prabhadevi specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Custom Workstation Desktop Screen Replacement.
