Who repairs your device
Your Custom Workstation is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Thane repair shops handle Custom the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Custom technicians are trained specifically on Custom Workstation architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Custom work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Custom Workstation models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400601 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Upvan Lake, our service coverage extends across Thane and all surrounding localities. In addition to Thane, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Thane West, Charai, Balkum and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Thane. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Every Custom repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Custom Workstation.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When setting this up from scratch, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
A Custom Workstation is a desktop built from individually selected professional-grade components for engineering, creative, or data workloads, rather than a certified pre-built workstation.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Custom keyboard backlight issues are often caused by a flex cable fault rather than a full keyboard failure. When it's Custom Workstation External Keyboard Setup you need in Thane, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished Custom Workstation External Keyboard Setup — parts and labour both.
