Who repairs your device
Your Custom Workstation is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

Xigox is Palghar's leading independent specialist for Custom Workstation repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Custom hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Custom product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Parts for Custom Workstation models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401404 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Mahim Creek, our service coverage extends across Palghar and all surrounding localities. In addition to Palghar, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Halav Pol, Palghar Market, Palghar Station and other nearby areas.
How your Custom Workstation gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Palghar; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Custom work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Custom Workstation does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we first check the drive's own health data (SMART attributes, reallocated sector count) to confirm whether it's actually failing versus just full, then clone your existing drive sector-by-sector onto the new one wherever possible so your OS, apps, and files carry over without a fresh install.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes (longer if cloning existing data)
The model
A Custom Workstation is a desktop built from individually selected professional-grade components for engineering, creative, or data workloads, rather than a certified pre-built workstation.
