Who repairs your device
Your Custom Workstation is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Marol repair shops handle Custom the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Custom technicians are trained specifically on Custom Workstation architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Custom work is so much higher than a general shop's.
We stock genuine Custom parts and OEM-compatible components for every common Custom Workstation fault — from screen replacements and battery swaps to logic board repairs and data recovery. Before any work begins, you receive a written cost estimate. Our ₹350 inspection fee is refunded if you proceed with the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400059 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Saki Naka, our service coverage extends across Marol and all surrounding localities. In addition to Marol, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Mahakali Caves Road, MIDC Andheri, Chakala and other nearby areas.
How your Custom Workstation gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Marol; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Custom Workstation leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When setting this up from scratch, we read the exact stop code and crash dump from the blue screen itself as the starting point, rather than guessing — this immediately narrows the cause to one of a handful of categories (driver, RAM, disk, or a specific hardware controller) instead of treating every BSOD the same way.
Typical time: 45–90 minutes
