Repaired in-house by Xigox technicians
Your Custom Workstation is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Single app 15-30 minutes. Full software package 1-3 hours depending on number of applications.
We accept all major payment methods for Custom Workstation Software Update in Sion: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash. Payment is collected after the repair is completed to your satisfaction — we never charge upfront without consent. Free pickup also available in Dharavi, Sion East, Sion West and surrounding areas.
Yes — out-of-warranty computers are most of what we handle in Sion. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. We repair at component level where it is safe to do so, which is usually a fraction of that cost, and back it with our own 90-day warranty. Customers near Pratiksha Nagar in Sion are covered by our free pickup.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your computer in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. Customers across Sion (400022) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Sion. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the computer, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. Customers near Pratiksha Nagar in Sion are covered by our free pickup.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your computer rather than a general helpline. Free pickup also available in Dharavi, Sion East, Sion West and surrounding areas.
Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that computer before any repair — with us or anyone else. Most Custom Workstation Software Update work does not touch your data, but board-level faults and storage failures can be unpredictable. Tell us in advance if the drive holds irreplaceable data and we will treat recovery as the first priority. Customers across Sion (400022) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
Our rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than roughly half of a comparable replacement and the computer is more than five years old, replacement is usually the better call. We tell you which side of that line you are on during the inspection in Sion, even when the answer means we do not get the job. Free pickup also available in Dharavi, Sion East, Sion West and surrounding areas.
Yes — Xigox operates 9 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week in Sion, including Sundays and public holidays. Weekend pickups are often the most convenient option for people who cannot be at home on a working day. Trusted by customers throughout Mumbai City — rated 4.9★ across 9,605+ reviews.
Yes, on request. Any component we remove during Custom Workstation Software Update is yours, and we will hand it back with the repaired computer so you can see exactly what was changed. Just mention it when you approve the quote. We've been serving Mumbai City district for over 15 years.

Custom Workstation Repair in Sion — Xigox
Most Sion repair shops handle Custom the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Custom technicians are trained specifically on Custom Workstation architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Custom work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Custom component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Custom Workstation — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400022 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Pratiksha Nagar, our service coverage extends across Sion and all surrounding localities. In addition to Sion, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Dharavi, Sion East, Sion West and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Custom jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Sion. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
We back Custom work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Custom Workstation does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
How We Perform Software Update
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
For a repair job on this component, for an installation or reinstall, we back up your existing files first, install a genuine, correctly licensed copy of the operating system, and install the specific driver set your exact hardware model needs — not a generic driver pack that happens to install without errors.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes
2 What This Requires
- A backup of your existing files before any OS-level work begins — a format/reinstall is not reversible afterward.
- Genuine, licensed software — we don't install pirated copies, which carry both legal risk and a much higher rate of hidden malware.
- The manufacturer-specific driver package for your exact model, not a generic one.
3 When You Need This
- Repeated driver crashes or "device not working properly" errors in Device Manager that persist across restarts.
The model
About the Custom Workstation
A Custom Workstation is a desktop built from individually selected professional-grade components for engineering, creative, or data workloads, rather than a certified pre-built workstation.
Key features
- Component mix is unique to each build — we confirm exact parts (including whether ECC memory or workstation-class GPUs are present) before diagnosis.
- Often includes server/workstation-class components (ECC RAM, professional GPUs) not found in consumer pre-builds.
Custom Workstation Software Update in Sion — Professional, Reliable, and Affordable
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. Desktop PCs have different failure modes from laptop repair: larger PSUs with more failure-prone capacitors, discrete GPU mounting, and tower cooling. Our engineers apply proper desktop diagnostic protocols to identify the exact component at fault — not a full board swap.
Privacy Protection for Custom Workstation Software Update
Your private information is fully protected during your job. Residents across Sion rely on Xigox because we follow strict data privacy protocols. During the job, your photos, emails, and passwords are completely secure. In cases where OS reinstallation is required, we will always inform you first.
What Changes After Custom Workstation Software Update
After a successful this repair in Sion, most customers notice immediate performance improvements: quicker application loading, cooler operating temperatures, restored battery life, or a perfect display — depending on the specific repair. Xigox runs diagnostic tests before and after this repair in Sion to confirm the improvement.
Upfront Diagnosis in Sion
Uncertain about the issue with your Custom? Prior to starting any job, Xigox performs a thorough diagnostic check. The ₹350 inspection fee, it is 100% refunded if you proceed with the repair. Our local experts will show you the broken part in plain English so you can make an informed decision.
Transparent Pricing Policy for Custom Workstation Software Update
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Sion is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Before any work begins, our technician shares a written quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you proceed with this repair.
Our Custom Workstation Software Update Process in Sion
Getting your Custom fixed in Sion is incredibly simple. Step 1, call or WhatsApp us at +91 74997 61196 to describe your issue. Next, our complimentary collection driver arrives at your Sion doorstep within 1–2 hours. The team then carry out a thorough diagnostic (₹350, credited toward your repair). Once you agree, this job is executed with genuine parts — and your Custom is returned to you. Most repairs done same day.
Express Custom Workstation Software Update — What to Expect
Curious how quickly Xigox can complete repair in Sion? Here's our typical timeline: Step 1 — message us and our pickup technician reaches you within 2 hours. Finally — this repair is executed using genuine parts at our Virar West workshop, often same day. Then — your Custom is delivered back to your Sion address fully tested.
Chip-Level Custom Workstation Software Update in Sion
Replacing an entire board is often unnecessary than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's in-house BGA rework station means engineers diagnose the exact failing IC and replace only that component — a fraction of full board replacement. Sion residents seek us out for chip-level job.
Post-Repair Quality Check after Custom Workstation Software Update
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Sion, it undergoes a strict multi-point inspection. We verify that your repair was executed flawlessly, testing screen calibration. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Sion.
Any Custom, Any Brand in Sion
Your Custom model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.
