Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Desktop PC diagnostics in Papdy Road need a different approach than laptop repair — a POST card, PSU tester, and RAM slot isolation. Xigox technicians use a methodical component-isolation sequence: starting from the most common fault point outward. This prevents unnecessary parts purchases — you don't replace a ₹8,000 GPU if the PSU is the real fault.
We repair devices for homes, offices and colleges across Papdy Road book us with free pickup and drop. You get a written quote before any work, OEM-grade parts and a 90-day warranty, whether it is one laptop or an office fleet. When you choose Xigox for the repair in Papdy Road, you get the same service and warranty as every other customer.
Expert issue shouldn't break the bank in Papdy Road. Because we repair at the component level, we typically save customers 30% to 50% versus authorized brand service centres. You receive identical stellar quality for your desktop PC, but at a much fairer price. Get your free quote for this issue in Papdy Road now.
Quality matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use genuine parts for your desktop PC. Instead of unbranded components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Replacing an entire board is often unnecessary than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's in-house chip-level facility means engineers diagnose the exact failing IC and replace only that component — a fraction of full board replacement. Papdy Road residents seek us out for chip-level issue.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Papdy Road, it undergoes a comprehensive 20-point inspection. We verify that your repair was executed flawlessly, testing thermal performance. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Papdy Road.
A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers this issue. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. When manufacturer warranty has expired, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
You have options in Papdy Road, but Xigox is the preferred choice for the repair. Our core values include complete transparency. Every repair starts with a detailed hardware check costing just ₹350, refunded if you proceed. No hidden charges — just professional repair in Papdy Road.
Xigox's responsibility extends beyond the repair itself. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Papdy Road customers choose Xigox again and again.
Your personal data is our top priority during your repair. Customers throughout Papdy Road trust us because we never access personal files. Throughout the repair, your confidential files remain untouched. If a software reset is necessary, we consult you beforehand.
Not everyone in Papdy Road can handle complex this issue. Xigox's engineers possess years of experience specifically for desktop PC hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Papdy Road clients.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, we test the charger's actual output voltage first (a surprisingly common cause, especially with third-party chargers), then check the DC jack/battery connector, and finally test the motherboard's own charging circuit — in that order, from simplest and cheapest cause to most involved.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes
Who repairs your device
Custom Not Turning On is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish, never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.
