How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this exact symptom shows up, we first check the drive's own health data (SMART attributes, reallocated sector count) to confirm whether it's actually failing versus just full, then clone your existing drive sector-by-sector onto the new one wherever possible so your OS, apps, and files carry over without a fresh install.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes (longer if cloning existing data)
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. Desktop PCs have different failure modes from laptop repair: open chassis design, full-size components, and tower airflow. Our engineers use oscilloscope diagnostics and stress testing to identify PSU ripple, GPU thermal issues, and RAM timing errors — recommending targeted component replacement.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Medtiya Nagar, it undergoes a comprehensive 20-point inspection. We verify that your issue was executed flawlessly, testing screen calibration. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Medtiya Nagar.
Replacing an entire board is often unnecessary than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's in-house BGA rework station means engineers diagnose the exact failing IC and replace only that component — a fraction of full board replacement. Medtiya Nagar residents seek us out for chip-level repair.
