If you are looking for Dell Precision 3660 repair in Kandivali West that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Dell bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Dell boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we fully open the chassis (not just surface-clean the exterior), clear dust from the fan, heatsink, and vents, check battery health, re-seat RAM/storage connections, and run a software health check — treating this as a genuine inspection, not just a wipe-down.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
The model
The Dell Precision 3660 is Dell's workstation line — ISV-certified (for software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks) with ECC memory options and professional-grade GPUs, built for engineering, architecture, and data-science workloads.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Desktop PC diagnostics in Kandivali West require different tools than laptop repair — desktop-specific diagnostic equipment. Xigox technicians use a step-by-step elimination process: PSU first, then RAM, GPU, then board. Accurate diagnosis first — saving you from replacing the wrong component.
There are many repair shops in Kandivali West, however, Xigox stands out for this job. We believe in complete transparency. Each job begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert job in Kandivali West.
No matter the Dell you own, Xigox handles this repair. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
Replacing an entire board is often unnecessary than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's in-house BGA rework station means engineers diagnose the exact failing IC and replace only that component — a fraction of full board replacement. Kandivali West residents seek us out for chip-level job.
