Who repairs your device
Your Dell Precision 3660 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

Everything you need to know before booking your repair
10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Balkum repair shops handle Dell the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Dell technicians are trained specifically on Dell Precision 3660 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Dell work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Dell component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Dell Precision 3660 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400608 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Ghodbunder Road, our service coverage extends across Balkum and all surrounding localities. In addition to Balkum, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Majiwada, Thane, Thane West and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Balkum. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Every Dell repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Dell Precision 3660.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this service, our technicians check what your exact model physically supports (maximum RAM, upgradeable slots, supported drive interfaces) before recommending anything, fit the agreed components, and run a full stability and performance test before handover.
Typical time: 45–90 minutes depending on scope
The model
The Dell Precision 3660 is Dell's workstation line — ISV-certified (for software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks) with ECC memory options and professional-grade GPUs, built for engineering, architecture, and data-science workloads.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Capacitor failures on desktop PC motherboards in Balkum are one of the most frequent desktop issues on boards 5–10 years old — particularly in coastal and humid environments. Xigox's board-level engineers identify and replace individual capacitors rather than condemning the entire board: significant cost saving through component-level work. That's the standard Xigox holds for Dell Precision 3660 Computer Assembly Service in Balkum — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Dell Precision 3660 Computer Assembly Service is complete.
Many Balkum customers wonder whether an extended warranty applies to the repair. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. For out-of-warranty Dell units, third-party repair is typically usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Before your Dell is returned in Balkum, it must pass a strict multi-point quality check. Our team ensures that the issue was 100% successful, checking wi-fi connectivity. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Balkum.
Not sure what's wrong with your Dell? Before you commit to any repair, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our technicians in Balkum will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
Replacing an entire board is often unnecessary than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's in-house BGA rework station means engineers diagnose the exact failing IC and replace only that component — a fraction of full board replacement. Balkum residents seek us out for chip-level issue.
Need your Dell fixed urgently? We provide priority the repair in Balkum for critical situations. Whether you have an exam deadline and your Dell just stopped working, our priority service guarantees your Dell is repaired within 4–6 hours. Priority repairs are available 7 days a week in Balkum. Simply mention 'URGENT' when booking and we'll prioritise your repair immediately.
Wondering how fast Xigox can complete issue in Balkum? Our standard process: First — call or WhatsApp +91 74997 61196 and our pickup technician arrives at your Balkum address within 2 hours. Then — ₹350 diagnostic pinpoints the issue. Step 3 — you approve the quote via WhatsApp — zero pressure. Step 4 — this issue is done using OEM-grade components by our engineers, usually within 2–4 hours. Step 5 — we return it to you with a quality report.
Quality matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use genuine parts for your Dell. Instead of unbranded components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Xigox's responsibility extends beyond the repair itself. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Balkum customers choose Xigox again and again.
Each repair performed by Xigox in Balkum comes with a comprehensive 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. Simply put, if the same issue recurs within 90 days, we redo it completely free. Xigox issues a printed warranty receipt every single time, so you know exactly what is covered.
The biggest frustration about repair shops in Balkum is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Prior to touching your Dell, our technician shares a written quote that covers everything. You see the exact cost — approve it or decline, no pressure. Our ₹350 inspection fee is fully refunded when you proceed with this issue.
Your Dell is an investment — protect it with a dependable Dell Precision 3660 Computer Assembly Service team. Xigox looks after customers across Mumbai, Thane and Palghar with honest quotes.
