Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Boisar MIDC repair shops handle Dell the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Dell technicians are trained specifically on Dell Precision 3660 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Dell work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Dell component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Dell Precision 3660 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401501 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Boisar Market, our service coverage extends across Boisar MIDC and all surrounding localities. In addition to Boisar MIDC, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Boisar East, Boisar Station, Boisar West and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Dell jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Boisar MIDC. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we check the battery's actual health (cycle count and current capacity vs. its rated capacity) before replacing it, then safely discharge and disconnect the old cell, fit a replacement matched to your model's voltage and connector, and recalibrate the battery gauge with a full charge-discharge cycle.
A failing CMOS battery typically shows up as a reset system clock or lost BIOS settings every time your computer is powered off — the replacement is a small coin-cell swap on the motherboard, distinct from the main battery.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
The model
The Dell Precision 3660 is Dell's workstation line — ISV-certified (for software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks) with ECC memory options and professional-grade GPUs, built for engineering, architecture, and data-science workloads.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. Every Dell Precision 3660 Computer CMOS Battery Replacement in Boisar MIDC comes with a battery health verification.
