10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Breach Candy repair shops handle Dell the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Dell technicians are trained specifically on Dell Precision 3660 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Dell work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Dell component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Dell Precision 3660 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400026 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Mahalaxmi Temple, our service coverage extends across Breach Candy and all surrounding localities. In addition to Breach Candy, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Pedder Road, Kemps Corner, Tardeo and other nearby areas.
How your Dell Precision 3660 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Breach Candy; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Dell Precision 3660 leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, we test the charger's actual output voltage first (a surprisingly common cause, especially with third-party chargers), then check the DC jack/battery connector, and finally test the motherboard's own charging circuit — in that order, from simplest and cheapest cause to most involved.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes
The model
The Dell Precision 3660 is Dell's workstation line — ISV-certified (for software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks) with ECC memory options and professional-grade GPUs, built for engineering, architecture, and data-science workloads.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. Dell Precision 3660 Computer Not Turning On Fix for desktops differs significantly from laptop repair: larger PSUs with more failure-prone capacitors, discrete GPU mounting, and tower cooling. Our engineers apply proper desktop diagnostic protocols to identify the exact component at fault — not a full board swap.
The biggest frustration about repair shops in Breach Candy is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Prior to touching your Dell, our technician sends a WhatsApp quote that covers everything. You see the exact cost — approve it or decline, no pressure. Our ₹350 inspection fee is fully refunded when you approve the repair.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Breach Candy, it undergoes a comprehensive 20-point inspection. We verify that your job was executed flawlessly, testing screen calibration. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Breach Candy.
Wondering how fast Xigox can complete repair in Breach Candy? Our standard process: First — call or WhatsApp +91 74997 61196 and our pickup technician arrives at your Breach Candy address within 2 hours. Then — ₹350 diagnostic pinpoints the issue. Step 3 — you approve the quote via WhatsApp — zero pressure. Step 4 — this repair is done using OEM-grade components by our engineers, usually within 2–4 hours. Step 5 — we return it to you with a quality report.

A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers this repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. When manufacturer warranty has expired, third-party repair is typically often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
