How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When setting this up from scratch, for driver-specific faults, we identify the exact chipset/controller involved, remove the conflicting or corrupted driver cleanly, and install the manufacturer-correct version rather than letting Windows Update pick a generic one that may not fully support every feature of your hardware.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes
The model
The Dell Precision 3660 is Dell's workstation line — ISV-certified (for software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks) with ECC memory options and professional-grade GPUs, built for engineering, architecture, and data-science workloads.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Business desktop computers cannot afford extended downtime. Xigox offers annual maintenance contracts for 5–500 units in Kanakia: proactive servicing, 4-hour SLA response, and full repair documentation with corporate billing.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Kanakia is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Before any work begins, our technician sends a WhatsApp quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Following a professional issue in Kanakia, you can expect significantly better performance: faster boot times, lower fan noise, full-day battery performance, or crisp, bright display — based on what was fixed. Longevity matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use OEM-grade parts for your Dell. Instead of grey-market components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Not everyone in Kanakia can handle complex this issue. Xigox's engineers undergo rigorous training specifically for Dell hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Kanakia clients.
All the repair performed by Xigox in Kanakia comes with a written 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. Simply put, if the same issue recurs within 90 days, we redo it completely free. Xigox issues a printed warranty receipt every single time, so you know exactly what is covered.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Before your Dell is returned in Kanakia, it must pass a comprehensive 20-point quality check. Our team ensures that the issue was 100% successful, checking port functionality. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Kanakia.
Your Dell model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
