Who repairs your device
Your Dell XPS 8960 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

If you are looking for Dell XPS 8960 repair in Poisar that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Parts for Dell XPS 8960 models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, for an installation or reinstall, we back up your existing files first, install a genuine, correctly licensed copy of the operating system, and install the specific driver set your exact hardware model needs — not a generic driver pack that happens to install without errors.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes
The model
The Dell XPS 8960 is Dell's premium consumer desktop tower, offering stronger components and build quality than Inspiron desktops while remaining more accessible than the Precision workstation line.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. Dell XPS 8960 Computer BIOS Update for desktops differs significantly from laptop repair: open chassis design, full-size components, and tower airflow. Our engineers use oscilloscope diagnostics and stress testing to identify PSU ripple, GPU thermal issues, and RAM timing errors — recommending targeted component replacement.
Longevity matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use OEM-grade parts for your Dell. Instead of grey-market components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Not everyone in Poisar can handle complex this issue. Xigox's engineers undergo rigorous training specifically for Dell hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Poisar clients.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Poisar is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Before any work begins, our technician sends a WhatsApp quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Wondering how fast Xigox can complete issue in Poisar? Our standard process: First — call or WhatsApp +91 74997 61196 and our pickup technician arrives at your Poisar address within 2 hours. Then — ₹350 diagnostic pinpoints the issue. Step 3 — you approve the quote via WhatsApp — zero pressure. Step 4 — this issue is done using OEM-grade components by our engineers, usually within 2–4 hours. Step 5 — we return it to you with a quality report.
Swapping the whole board costs 3–5x more than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's on-site BGA rework station means engineers identify the specific chip and repair at the component level — saving customers thousands of rupees. Customers in Poisar come to Xigox specifically for this.
Don't just take our word for it. Xigox has earned a 4.9-star rating from 9,727+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Customers frequently mention: no surprise charges, same-day completion, and OEM-grade replacements. What Poisar customers value most: "Fast, professional service with fair pricing."
