Who repairs your device
Your Dell Alienware is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Kemps Corner repair shops handle Dell the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Dell technicians are trained specifically on Dell Alienware architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Dell work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Dell Alienware models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400026 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Cumballa Hill, our service coverage extends across Kemps Corner and all surrounding localities. In addition to Kemps Corner, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Pedder Road, Breach Candy, Grant Road and other nearby areas.
How your Dell Alienware gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Kemps Corner; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Dell work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Dell Alienware does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
