If you are looking for Dell XPS repair in Sheetal Nagar that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Dell bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Dell boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Parts for Dell XPS models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401107 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near LT Road, our service coverage extends across Sheetal Nagar and all surrounding localities. In addition to Sheetal Nagar, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Naya Nagar, Jesal Park, Beverly Park and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Dell jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Sheetal Nagar. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
We back Dell work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Dell XPS does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Dell XPS is Dell's premium consumer laptop line — the flagship competing directly with the MacBook Pro, with a machined aluminum chassis, InfinityEdge display, and genuinely premium build quality.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. A liquid spill is the most common cause for keyboard failure on Dell laptops in Sheetal Nagar. Even a drop of tea or water can short-circuit key sensors beneath the membrane. Our technicians clean and dry the keyboard layer, fix individual keys or swap the full keyboard. Keyboard replacements in Sheetal Nagar are completed same-day.
