Urgent repairs

Urgent MacBook problems we handle in Mahim

Tell us it is urgent when you call or message: the job moves to the front of the repair queue, at the regular price.

Liquid spill

Coffee, water or tea on the keyboard. Turn it off at once; liquid on a powered board does the most damage.

No power or not charging

Dead after a drop or a spill, or the charger light stays off.

Cracked or flickering display

A broken Retina panel or a display that cuts out before a deadline.

Data at risk

A MacBook that will not start with work you have not backed up.

Before we arrive

What to do right now

A few minutes of the right first aid often decides whether a MacBook can be saved.

  • Liquid spill: shut it down, unplug it, stand it upside down in a tent shape on a towel. Do not switch it back on.
  • Will not start: do not keep retrying; repeated attempts can make a short worse.
  • Data at risk: stop using it. Tell us what matters most so we plan the repair around your files.
