10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
If you are looking for Epson EcoTank ET-2800 repair in Lalbaug that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Epson bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Epson boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Parts for Epson EcoTank ET-2800 models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400012 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Currey Road, our service coverage extends across Lalbaug and all surrounding localities. In addition to Lalbaug, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Parel, Elphinstone Road, Lower Parel and other nearby areas.
How your Epson EcoTank ET-2800 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Lalbaug; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Epson work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Epson EcoTank ET-2800 does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians remove the print head where the model allows it for a manual clean, since dried ink deep in the nozzle channels often doesn't clear with the printer's own automated cleaning cycle alone.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
The Epson EcoTank ET-2800 is part of Epson's EcoTank line — the printer line that pioneered the refillable-ink-tank category, built for high-volume home/office printing at a very low cost-per-page.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. Printer repair requires a different technical skillset — understanding ink delivery systems, fuser temperature zones, and drum calibration requires specific training. Xigox's printer technicians are trained specifically on print mechanisms: print head replacement and alignment, drum unit and toner sensor calibration. Most Epson EcoTank ET-2800 Printer Dot Matrix Repair jobs take 2–4 hours.
Wondering how fast Xigox can complete repair in Lalbaug? Our standard process: First — call or WhatsApp +91 74997 61196 and our pickup technician reaches you within 2 hours. Then — ₹350 diagnostic pinpoints the issue. Step 3 — you approve the quote via WhatsApp — zero pressure. Step 4 — this repair is done using OEM-grade components by our engineers, usually within 2–4 hours. Step 5 — your Epson is delivered back to your Lalbaug address with a quality report.
Xigox's responsibility extends beyond the repair itself. The Xigox after-service team remains reachable 7 days a week, 9 AM–9 PM via WhatsApp or phone. Should any concern arise within 90 days of your job, simply contact us and a technician is dispatched at no cost. This commitment is why residents in Lalbaug return to Xigox.

Your Epson model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
Many Lalbaug customers wonder whether their laptop insurance covers this repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour.
