FAQ
Everything you need to know before booking your repair
10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Kelve Road repair shops handle Epson the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Epson technicians are trained specifically on Epson EcoTank ET-2800 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Epson work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Epson component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Epson EcoTank ET-2800 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401402 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near NH-48 (Mumbai-Ahmedabad Highway), our service coverage extends across Kelve Road and all surrounding localities. In addition to Kelve Road, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Kelwa Village, Mahim Beach, Saphale and other nearby areas.
How your Epson EcoTank ET-2800 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Kelve Road; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Epson work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Epson EcoTank ET-2800 does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we isolate whether the fault is the printer, the connection (USB/WiFi), or the computer's driver/queue first — each has a different fix — by testing the printer directly against a different device before concluding where the fault actually sits.
