Who repairs your device
Your Epson EcoTank ET-2800 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Girgaon repair shops handle Epson the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Epson technicians are trained specifically on Epson EcoTank ET-2800 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Epson work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Epson component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Epson EcoTank ET-2800 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400004 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near JSS Road (Jagannath Shankar Seth), our service coverage extends across Girgaon and all surrounding localities. In addition to Girgaon, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Opera House, Charni Road, Nana Chowk and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Girgaon. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians take remote control of your laptop with your consent, resolve the specific software/configuration issue, and stay on the session until you confirm it's actually fixed — not just until a step was completed.
Typical time: 20–45 minutes
The model
The Epson EcoTank ET-2800 is part of Epson's EcoTank line — the printer line that pioneered the refillable-ink-tank category, built for high-volume home/office printing at a very low cost-per-page.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Laser printer drum and fuser failures in Girgaon require targeted fault isolation: exactly which component has failed?. Xigox engineers never replace all laser consumables speculatively — saving businesses ₹3,000–₹8,000 in unnecessary parts. Epson EcoTank ET-2800 Printer Remote Support in Girgaon includes a print quality verification before handover.
