10 questions answered
Basic printer service takes 1-2 hours. Hardware repairs may take 2-4 hours. We offer doorstep service for convenience.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your printer in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. Free pickup also available in Ghodbunder Road, Kolshet, Balkum and surrounding areas.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Hiranandani Estate. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the printer, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. Customers across Hiranandani Estate (400607) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your printer rather than a general helpline. We've been serving Thane district for over 15 years.
Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that printer before any repair — with us or anyone else. Most Epson EcoTank ET-2800 Printer Servicing work does not touch your data, but board-level faults and storage failures can be unpredictable. Tell us in advance if the drive holds irreplaceable data and we will treat recovery as the first priority. Our service covers the full 400607 postal area in Hiranandani Estate.
Our rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than roughly half of a comparable replacement and the printer is more than five years old, replacement is usually the better call. We tell you which side of that line you are on during the inspection in Hiranandani Estate, even when the answer means we do not get the job. Trusted by customers throughout Thane — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.
Yes — Xigox operates 9 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week in Hiranandani Estate, including Sundays and public holidays. Just mention it when you approve the quote. Customers near Lake Pleasant in Hiranandani Estate are covered by our free pickup.
The cost of Epson EcoTank ET-2800 Printer Servicing in Hiranandani Estate depends on your laptop or computer model and the extent of damage. Xigox charges ₹350 for inspection — refunded if you proceed with the repair — you'll receive a transparent, written quote with no hidden charges. Most standard Epson EcoTank ET-2800 Printer Servicing jobs start from ₹499. Call or WhatsApp +91 74997 61196 for an instant estimate. How it's done
How We Perform Printer Servicing
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
For a repair job on this component, we isolate whether the fault is the printer, the connection (USB/WiFi), or the computer's driver/queue first — each has a different fix — by testing the printer directly against a different device before concluding where the fault actually sits.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
2 What This Requires
- A clear print queue — a single stuck job can block every subsequent print attempt until it's manually cleared.
3 When You Need This
- The printer shows as "offline" in your computer's settings even though it's powered on.
- Print jobs sit in the queue indefinitely without printing or erroring out.
- The printer isn't detected on the network/WiFi at all, or was detected once and has since disappeared.
