How it's done
How We Perform Printer Trade-in Service
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
When you book this with us, our technicians start with a full diagnostic to confirm the exact cause rather than assuming it from the symptom alone, explain what they find and the options before any work begins, and only proceed once you've approved a clear, upfront quote.

2 What This Requires
- A clear diagnosis before any repair quote is given — we don't quote blind.
- Genuine or OEM-equivalent parts, with the specifics confirmed with you before the work begins.
3 When You Need This
- Something about your laptop isn't working the way it should and you're not sure exactly why — that's what the initial diagnosis is for.
