Our bench covers 17 distinct HP series. That matters for Computer CD/DVD Drive Not Working Repair, because a Compaq and a DeskJet are stripped down very differently. We regularly take in Compaq, DeskJet, EliteBook and EliteDesk, along with EliteOne, Envy, LaserJet and Neverstop units for Computer CD/DVD Drive Not Working Repair in Cumballa Hill. Specific HP models on our current service list include HP EliteDesk 800 G9, HP OMEN 40L, HP ProDesk 400 G9 and HP Slim Desktop S01. If your HP model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The HP OMEN 40L is HP's dedicated gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, dedicated gaming GPUs, and HP's gaming-focused cooling and software (Omen Gaming Hub).
The HP ProDesk 400 G9 is HP's mid-tier business desktop line — sitting below EliteDesk, offering business features at a more accessible price for small/medium businesses.
The HP Slim Desktop S01 is HP's compact consumer desktop tower — a smaller-footprint alternative to full-size towers for everyday home computing.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this exact symptom shows up, we first check the drive's own health data (SMART attributes, reallocated sector count) to confirm whether it's actually failing versus just full, then clone your existing drive sector-by-sector onto the new one wherever possible so your OS, apps, and files carry over without a fresh install.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes (longer if cloning existing data)
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. HP Computer CD/DVD Drive Not Working Repair for desktops differs significantly from laptop repair: larger PSUs with more failure-prone capacitors, discrete GPU mounting, and tower cooling. Our engineers apply proper desktop diagnostic protocols to identify the exact component at fault — not a full board swap.
