Who repairs your device
Your HP EliteDesk 800 G9 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

If you are looking for HP EliteDesk 800 G9 repair in Saat Rasta that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent HP bench since 2011, and our technicians work on HP boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Every HP component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your HP EliteDesk 800 G9 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400011 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we fully open the chassis (not just surface-clean the exterior), clear dust from the fan, heatsink, and vents, check battery health, re-seat RAM/storage connections, and run a software health check — treating this as a genuine inspection, not just a wipe-down.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
The model
The HP EliteDesk 800 G9 is HP's business desktop line — small-form-factor and tower options for corporate deployment, competing directly with Dell OptiPlex and Lenovo ThinkCentre.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Capacitor failures on desktop PC motherboards in Saat Rasta are one of the most frequent desktop issues on boards 5–10 years old — particularly in coastal and humid environments. Xigox's board-level engineers identify and replace individual capacitors rather than condemning the entire board: significant cost saving through component-level work. For HP EliteDesk 800 G9 Computer AMC in Saat Rasta specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed HP EliteDesk 800 G9 Computer AMC.
Numbers speak louder. Xigox maintains a 4.9-star rating from 9,727+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Common praise includes: accurate quotes, fast turnaround, and genuine parts. During the issue, your photos, emails, and passwords are completely secure. In cases where OS reinstallation is required, we will always inform you first.
Quality matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use genuine parts for your HP. Instead of unbranded components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Before your HP is returned in Saat Rasta, it must pass a strict multi-point quality check. Our team ensures that the issue was 100% successful, checking wi-fi connectivity. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Saat Rasta.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Saat Rasta is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Before any work begins, our technician provides a clear cost estimate covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Your HP model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.
Your repair doesn't end when the HP is returned. The Xigox after-service team remains reachable 7 days a week, 9 AM–9 PM via WhatsApp or phone. Should any concern arise within 90 days of your repair, simply contact us and a technician is dispatched at no cost. This commitment is why residents in Saat Rasta return to Xigox.
Replacing an entire board is often unnecessary than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's in-house micro-soldering lab means engineers diagnose the exact failing IC and replace only that component — a fraction of full board replacement. Saat Rasta residents seek us out for chip-level issue.
Stop letting your broken HP disrupt your workflow in Saat Rasta. Contact Xigox right now to schedule your HP EliteDesk 800 G9 Computer AMC. With our 90-day warranty and transparent pricing, you have nothing to lose. Schedule your free pickup in Saat Rasta via WhatsApp.
