Who repairs your device
Your HP EliteDesk 800 G9 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Dockyard Road repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP EliteDesk 800 G9 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for HP EliteDesk 800 G9 models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400010 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Mazgaon Dock, our service coverage extends across Dockyard Road and all surrounding localities. In addition to Dockyard Road, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Wadi Bunder, Chinch Bunder, Mazgaon and other nearby areas.
How your HP EliteDesk 800 G9 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Dockyard Road; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back HP work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your HP EliteDesk 800 G9 does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we fully disassemble the cooling path, clean out accumulated dust from the fan blades and heatsink fins (the single biggest real cause of creeping temperatures), remove the old dried-out thermal paste completely from both the CPU/GPU die and the heatsink contact plate, and apply fresh paste before reassembly.
Dried-out factory thermal paste is one of the most common causes of creeping temperatures on a laptop that is otherwise healthy — we always clean off the old compound fully before applying fresh paste, rather than layering over it.

In Dockyard Road, Xigox performs HP EliteDesk 800 G9 Gaming Desktop Thermal Paste Replacement as a complete cooling system service: fresh premium paste (Kryonaut or Arctic MX-5), heatsink fin deep-cleaning, fan blades cleaned or swapped, and VRAM pads replaced where applicable — same-day in Dockyard Road.
