Who repairs your device
Your HP EliteDesk 800 G9 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Opera House repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP EliteDesk 800 G9 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every HP component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your HP EliteDesk 800 G9 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400004 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). In addition to Opera House, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Grant Road, Nana Chowk, Girgaon and other nearby areas.
How your HP EliteDesk 800 G9 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Opera House; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back HP work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your HP EliteDesk 800 G9 does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For an upgrade rather than a repair, we run a stress test alongside thermal imaging to confirm whether artifacts or crashes are a genuine GPU fault versus a cooling or driver issue, since those three causes look very similar on the surface but need completely different fixes.
Typical time: 1–4 hours
The model
The HP EliteDesk 800 G9 is HP's business desktop line — small-form-factor and tower options for corporate deployment, competing directly with Dell OptiPlex and Lenovo ThinkCentre.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. Desktop PCs have different failure modes from laptop repair: open chassis design, full-size components, and tower airflow. Our engineers use oscilloscope diagnostics and stress testing to identify PSU ripple, GPU thermal issues, and RAM timing errors — recommending targeted component replacement.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Opera House, it undergoes a rigorous full-system inspection. We verify that your repair was executed flawlessly, testing thermal performance. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Opera House.
Replacing an entire board is often unnecessary than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's in-house chip-level facility means engineers diagnose the exact failing IC and replace only that component — a fraction of full board replacement. Opera House residents seek us out for chip-level issue.
