10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Wadala repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP EliteDesk 800 G9 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for HP EliteDesk 800 G9 models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400031 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Wadala Truck Terminal, our service coverage extends across Wadala and all surrounding localities. In addition to Wadala, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Antop Hill, Wadala Road, King Circle and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Wadala. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Your HP EliteDesk 800 G9 leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When setting this up from scratch, our technicians configure the printer or device's wireless settings from scratch (rather than just retrying a half-working existing setup), install the matching driver on each device that needs it, and confirm the connection survives a router restart.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
The HP EliteDesk 800 G9 is HP's business desktop line — small-form-factor and tower options for corporate deployment, competing directly with Dell OptiPlex and Lenovo ThinkCentre.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. HP EliteDesk 800 G9 Computer Network Setup for desktops in Wadala need a different approach than laptop repair — a POST card, PSU tester, and RAM slot isolation. Xigox technicians use a methodical component-isolation sequence: starting from the most common fault point outward. This prevents unnecessary parts purchases — you don't replace a ₹8,000 GPU if the PSU is the real fault.
Swapping the whole board costs 3–5x more than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's on-site micro-soldering lab means engineers identify the specific chip and repair at the component level — saving customers thousands of rupees. Customers in Wadala come to Xigox specifically for this.
Navigating traffic in Wadala can be a nightmare. To solve this, Xigox offers a no-hassle doorstep logistics service for the repair. Just drop your pin, and our secure courier will collect your HP directly from you. Once the repair is finished, we safely return it in protective packaging. Enjoy total convenience without leaving your desk.
Your personal data is our top priority during your issue. Customers throughout Wadala trust us because we never access personal files. Throughout the issue, your confidential files remain untouched. If a software reset is necessary, we consult you beforehand.
Following a professional repair in Wadala, you can expect significantly better performance: faster boot times, lower fan noise, full-day battery performance, or crisp, bright display — based on what was fixed. Xigox performs a benchmark at the end of every repair in Wadala to document the improvement.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Wadala, it undergoes a rigorous full-system inspection. We verify that your issue was executed flawlessly, testing screen calibration. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Wadala.
A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers the repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. When manufacturer warranty has expired, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
You have options in Wadala, but Xigox is the preferred choice for this issue. Our core values include 100% upfront pricing. Every issue starts with a detailed hardware check costing just ₹350, refunded if you proceed. No hidden charges — just professional issue in Wadala.
Not everyone in Wadala can handle complex the repair. Xigox's engineers work on HP hardware every day specifically for HP hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Wadala clients.

Next, our complimentary collection driver arrives at your Wadala doorstep within 1–2 hours. The team then carry out a thorough diagnostic (₹350, credited toward your repair).
