Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Sandhurst Road repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP Computer architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for HP Computer models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400009 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Noor Baug, our service coverage extends across Sandhurst Road and all surrounding localities. In addition to Sandhurst Road, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Mazgaon, Dockyard Road, Masjid and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Sandhurst Road. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Every HP repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your HP Computer.

Product lines
Our bench covers 17 distinct HP series. That matters for Computer External DVD Writer Setup, because a Compaq and a DeskJet are stripped down very differently. We regularly take in Compaq, DeskJet, EliteBook and EliteDesk, along with EliteOne, Envy, LaserJet and Neverstop units for Computer External DVD Writer Setup in Sandhurst Road. Specific HP models on our current service list include HP EliteDesk 800 G9, HP OMEN 40L, HP ProDesk 400 G9 and HP Slim Desktop S01. If your HP model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The HP EliteDesk 800 G9 is HP's business desktop line — small-form-factor and tower options for corporate deployment, competing directly with Dell OptiPlex and Lenovo ThinkCentre.
The HP OMEN 40L is HP's dedicated gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, dedicated gaming GPUs, and HP's gaming-focused cooling and software (Omen Gaming Hub).
The HP ProDesk 400 G9 is HP's mid-tier business desktop line — sitting below EliteDesk, offering business features at a more accessible price for small/medium businesses.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, our technicians check whether the fault is isolated to one port or affects all ports of that type (which usually points to a controller-chip issue on the motherboard rather than the connector itself) before deciding between a port-level repair and a board-level one.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Bulging or leaking capacitors in Sandhurst Road are an extremely common fault on boards older than 5 years — especially after Mumbai's humid monsoon cycles. Xigox's board-level engineers perform targeted cap replacement rather than recommending a full board swap: a ₹500–₹1,500 repair instead of a ₹10,000–₹25,000 board replacement. That's the standard Xigox holds for HP Computer External DVD Writer Setup in Sandhurst Road — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the HP Computer External DVD Writer Setup is complete.
