Xigox is Carter Road's leading independent specialist for HP Computer repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on HP hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all HP product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Every HP component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Computer — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400050 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Otters Club, our service coverage extends across Carter Road and all surrounding localities. In addition to Carter Road, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Pali Hill, Bandra, Linking Road and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Carter Road. Our bench covers 17 distinct HP series. That matters for Gaming Desktop Not Turning On Fix, because a Compaq and a DeskJet are stripped down very differently. We regularly take in Compaq, DeskJet, EliteBook and EliteDesk, along with EliteOne, Envy, LaserJet and Neverstop units for Gaming Desktop Not Turning On Fix in Carter Road. Specific HP models on our current service list include HP EliteDesk 800 G9, HP OMEN 40L, HP ProDesk 400 G9 and HP Slim Desktop S01. If your HP model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The HP Slim Desktop S01 is HP's compact consumer desktop tower — a smaller-footprint alternative to full-size towers for everyday home computing.
The HP EliteDesk 800 G9 is HP's business desktop line — small-form-factor and tower options for corporate deployment, competing directly with Dell OptiPlex and Lenovo ThinkCentre.
The HP OMEN 40L is HP's dedicated gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, dedicated gaming GPUs, and HP's gaming-focused cooling and software (Omen Gaming Hub).

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, our technicians check for a battery that's fully dead versus a charging-circuit fault that just looks like a dead battery (the device may power on fine from the wall with the battery removed, which narrows the cause immediately).
Typical time: 30–60 minutes
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. GPU issues on gaming hardware in Carter Road can't be diagnosed with standard consumer tools. Xigox's gaming specialists use dedicated GPU stress-testing tools to differentiate software faults from hardware faults — often resolving what looks like a ₹40,000 GPU replacement with a ₹2,000 thermal repaste. When it's HP Gaming Desktop Not Turning On Fix you need in Carter Road, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished HP Gaming Desktop Not Turning On Fix — parts and labour both.
Replacing an entire board is often unnecessary than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's in-house micro-soldering lab means engineers diagnose the exact failing IC and replace only that component — a fraction of full board replacement. Carter Road residents come to Xigox specifically for this.
We know your time is valuable in Carter Road. Xigox plans this job for speed and efficiency. In 90% of cases, our technicians complete the job on the same day. Our team offers free doorstep pickup from your Carter Road address, execute the repair at our workshop, and return it to you.
