Who repairs your device
Your HP OMEN 40L is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Sarni repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP OMEN 40L architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for HP OMEN 40L models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401501 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Boisar East, our service coverage extends across Sarni and all surrounding localities. In addition to Sarni, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Boisar, Pasthal, Navapur Boisar and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Sarni. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Your HP OMEN 40L leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we fully open the chassis (not just surface-clean the exterior), clear dust from the fan, heatsink, and vents, check battery health, re-seat RAM/storage connections, and run a software health check — treating this as a genuine inspection, not just a wipe-down.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
The model
The HP OMEN 40L is HP's dedicated gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, dedicated gaming GPUs, and HP's gaming-focused cooling and software (Omen Gaming Hub).
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. GPU issues on gaming hardware in Sarni can't be diagnosed with standard consumer tools. Xigox's gaming specialists use dedicated GPU stress-testing tools to differentiate software faults from hardware faults — often resolving what looks like a ₹40,000 GPU replacement with a ₹2,000 thermal repaste. That's the standard Xigox holds for HP OMEN 40L Computer AMC in Sarni — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the HP OMEN 40L Computer AMC is complete.
Not everyone in Sarni can handle complex this job. Xigox's engineers undergo rigorous training specifically for HP hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Sarni clients.

Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Before your HP is returned in Sarni, it must pass a comprehensive 20-point quality check. Our team ensures that the job was 100% successful, checking port functionality. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Sarni.
