10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Worli repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP OMEN 40L architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for HP OMEN 40L models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400018 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Worli Naka, our service coverage extends across Worli and all surrounding localities. In addition to Worli, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Prabhadevi, Shivaji Park, Elphinstone Road and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Worli. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Every HP repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your HP OMEN 40L.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, we first confirm the camera is actually disabled or faulty at the hardware level (checking Device Manager/System Report for whether the OS even detects it) before opening the bezel, since a large share of "broken webcam" cases are a software permission or driver issue, not hardware at all.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
The model
The HP OMEN 40L is HP's dedicated gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, dedicated gaming GPUs, and HP's gaming-focused cooling and software (Omen Gaming Hub).
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Custom gaming PC builds in Worli require careful component compatibility work — not just assembling a parts list. Xigox Worli offers full build consultation and configuration: from component selection to BIOS tuning and load-test — fully verified at delivery. When it's HP OMEN 40L Camera Not Working Fix you need in Worli, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished HP OMEN 40L Camera Not Working Fix — parts and labour both.
Arranging the repair in Worli is designed to be straightforward. First, message us at +91 74997 61196 sharing your issue. After your approval, the repair is completed with OEM-grade parts — and your HP is delivered back to you. Total turnaround: 24-48 hours.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Before your HP is returned in Worli, it must pass a strict multi-point quality check. Our team ensures that the issue was 100% successful, checking wi-fi connectivity. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Worli.
Traveling across town in Worli is stressful. That's why Xigox has built a straightforward pickup and delivery network for the repair. Just drop your pin, and our technician will pick up the HP from your home or office. After the repair is completed, it is delivered back fully tested and sealed. Replacing an entire board is often unnecessary than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's in-house BGA rework station means engineers diagnose the exact failing IC and replace only that component — a fraction of full board replacement. Worli residents seek us out for chip-level issue.
