10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Mahalaxmi repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP OMEN 40L architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for HP OMEN 40L models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400034 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Breach Candy, our service coverage extends across Mahalaxmi and all surrounding localities. In addition to Mahalaxmi, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Haji Ali, Jacob Circle, Tardeo and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Mahalaxmi. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Every HP repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your HP OMEN 40L.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When you want more capacity or speed rather than just a fix, we run the same structured diagnose-then-repair process we use for every job: confirm the fault, explain the cause in plain terms, quote the fix, and only then carry out the repair — using genuine parts and testing the result before handover.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes for most cases
The model
The HP OMEN 40L is HP's dedicated gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, dedicated gaming GPUs, and HP's gaming-focused cooling and software (Omen Gaming Hub).

For HP OMEN 40L Desktop Computer Upgrade in Mahalaxmi specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed HP OMEN 40L Desktop Computer Upgrade.
