10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Umroli repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP OMEN 40L architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for HP OMEN 40L models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401606 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Umroli Village Temple, our service coverage extends across Umroli and all surrounding localities. In addition to Umroli, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Umroli Station, Umroli Phata, Chinchani and other nearby areas.
How your HP OMEN 40L gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Umroli; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every HP repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your HP OMEN 40L.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we fully disassemble the cooling path, clean out accumulated dust from the fan blades and heatsink fins (the single biggest real cause of creeping temperatures), remove the old dried-out thermal paste completely from both the CPU/GPU die and the heatsink contact plate, and apply fresh paste before reassembly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The HP OMEN 40L is HP's dedicated gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, dedicated gaming GPUs, and HP's gaming-focused cooling and software (Omen Gaming Hub).
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Laptop overheating is the number-one reason for unexpected shutdowns after 2–3 years. In Umroli, Xigox performs HP OMEN 40L Gaming PC Overheating as a complete cooling system service: fresh premium paste (Kryonaut or Arctic MX-5), heatsink fin deep-cleaning, fan blades cleaned or swapped, and VRAM pads replaced where applicable — all in one visit under 3 hours.
Can't wait 48 hours? We provide priority the repair in Umroli for critical situations. Whether you have an exam deadline and your HP just stopped working, our priority service guarantees your HP is repaired within 4–6 hours. Priority repairs are available 7 days a week in Umroli. Simply mention 'URGENT' when booking and we'll prioritise your repair immediately.

During your issue in Umroli, why not take the opportunity to boost its performance. Many of our customers request thermal repasting while the HP is being repaired. This proactive approach reduces future repair costs and can make an old laptop feel brand new. Ask our technician about optimization packages when you book your issue.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Umroli is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Before any work begins, our technician provides a clear cost estimate covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
There are many repair shops in Umroli, however, Xigox stands out for this issue. We believe in total honesty. Each issue begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert issue in Umroli.
Not sure what's wrong with your HP? Before you commit to any repair, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our technicians in Umroli will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers this issue. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. When manufacturer warranty has expired, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Your HP model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
Your private information is fully protected during your issue. Residents across Umroli rely on Xigox because we follow strict data privacy protocols. During the issue, your photos, emails, and passwords are completely secure. In cases where OS reinstallation is required, we will always inform you first.
