Who repairs your device
Your HP OMEN 40L is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

Xigox is Mumbai's leading independent specialist for HP OMEN 40L repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on HP hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all HP product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Parts for HP OMEN 40L models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400001 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Mumbai, our service coverage extends across Mumbai and all surrounding localities. In addition to Mumbai, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Kurla West, Kurla, Kurla East and other nearby areas.
How your HP OMEN 40L gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Mumbai; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every HP repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your HP OMEN 40L.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The HP OMEN 40L is HP's dedicated gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, dedicated gaming GPUs, and HP's gaming-focused cooling and software (Omen Gaming Hub).
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Fixing individual keycaps are often possible in under 60 minutes — far cheaper than a full deck replacement. Xigox carries common individual keys in stock in Mumbai: if only one or two keys are broken, individual key swap saves ₹2,000–₹4,000 versus a full replacement. That's the standard Xigox holds for HP OMEN 40L Gaming PC Keyboard Replacement in Mumbai — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the HP OMEN 40L Gaming PC Keyboard Replacement is complete.
