How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, our technicians run a before/after temperature benchmark under load so the improvement is measurable, not just assumed — checking fan RPM response and idle/load temperatures both before opening the chassis and again after the clean and repaste.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The HP OMEN 40L is HP's dedicated gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, dedicated gaming GPUs, and HP's gaming-focused cooling and software (Omen Gaming Hub).
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Kryonaut, Arctic MX-5, and Noctua NT-H1 offer 30–50% better heat conductivity that came pre-applied at manufacture.
