10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Milan Subway repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP OMEN 40L architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every HP component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your HP OMEN 40L — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400054 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Milan Subway Road, our service coverage extends across Milan Subway and all surrounding localities. In addition to Milan Subway, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Santacruz West, Santacruz, Vakola and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Milan Subway. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Your HP OMEN 40L leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, our technicians remove the top case or keyboard bezel, disconnect the keyboard's ribbon cable from the motherboard, fit a replacement keyboard built for your exact model (not a generic lookalike), and test every single key before closing the chassis.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The HP OMEN 40L is HP's dedicated gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, dedicated gaming GPUs, and HP's gaming-focused cooling and software (Omen Gaming Hub).
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. HP keyboard backlight issues are commonly a connector issue rather than a full keyboard failure. Before quoting a full deck replacement, our engineers diagnose the backlight circuit directly — often restoring backlighting without any parts cost. For HP OMEN 40L Computer Keyboard Replacement in Milan Subway specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed HP OMEN 40L Computer Keyboard Replacement.
