Who repairs your device
Your HP OMEN 40L is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

Everything you need to know before booking your repair
10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Palghar MIDC repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP OMEN 40L architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for HP OMEN 40L models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401404 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Kelve Road, our service coverage extends across Palghar MIDC and all surrounding localities. In addition to Palghar MIDC, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Tembhode, Shreenagar Palghar, Manor Road Palghar and other nearby areas.
How your HP OMEN 40L gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Palghar MIDC; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every HP repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your HP OMEN 40L.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, our technicians remove the top case or keyboard bezel, disconnect the keyboard's ribbon cable from the motherboard, fit a replacement keyboard built for your exact model (not a generic lookalike), and test every single key before closing the chassis.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The HP OMEN 40L is HP's dedicated gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, dedicated gaming GPUs, and HP's gaming-focused cooling and software (Omen Gaming Hub).
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. A broken hinge, stiff lid connector, or trackpad registering phantom clicks on your HP needs careful disassembly to fix correctly. Xigox engineers use the correct spanner sets and hinge-replacement kits, ensure no secondary damage, and validate every key and trackpad gesture before delivery. That's the standard Xigox holds for HP OMEN 40L Computer Keyboard Replacement in Palghar MIDC — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the HP OMEN 40L Computer Keyboard Replacement is complete.
Reliability matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use original-specification parts for your HP. Instead of counterfeit components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Each issue completed by Xigox in Palghar MIDC comes with a comprehensive three-month warranty on parts and labour. That means, if anything goes wrong within 3 months, we fix it at zero extra cost. You get a written warranty card with every issue, so the terms are clear.

Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Before your HP is returned in Palghar MIDC, it must pass a rigorous full-system quality check.
