Who repairs your device
Your HP OMEN 40L is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
If you are looking for HP OMEN 40L repair in Oshiwara that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent HP bench since 2011, and our technicians work on HP boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Every HP component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your HP OMEN 40L — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400053 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near New Link Road, our service coverage extends across Oshiwara and all surrounding localities. In addition to Oshiwara, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Lokhandwala, Gamdevi, Lokhandwala Back Road and other nearby areas.
How your HP OMEN 40L gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Oshiwara; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back HP work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your HP OMEN 40L does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we fully disassemble the cooling path, clean out accumulated dust from the fan blades and heatsink fins (the single biggest real cause of creeping temperatures), remove the old dried-out thermal paste completely from both the CPU/GPU die and the heatsink contact plate, and apply fresh paste before reassembly.
Dried-out factory thermal paste is one of the most common causes of creeping temperatures on a laptop that is otherwise healthy — we always clean off the old compound fully before applying fresh paste, rather than layering over it.

The model
The HP OMEN 40L is HP's dedicated gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, dedicated gaming GPUs, and HP's gaming-focused cooling and software (Omen Gaming Hub).
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Laptop overheating is the number-one reason for unexpected shutdowns after 2–3 years. In Oshiwara, Xigox performs HP OMEN 40L Thermal Paste Replacement as a complete cooling system service: fresh premium paste (Kryonaut or Arctic MX-5), heatsink fin deep-cleaning, fan blades cleaned or swapped, and VRAM pads replaced where applicable — all in one visit under 3 hours.

How do you know you need the repair on your HP? Look for: unexpected shutdowns, overheating, slow performance, grinding or clicking, rapid battery loss, or display issues.
