Who repairs your device
Your HP OMEN 40L is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

If you are looking for HP OMEN 40L repair in Kopri that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent HP bench since 2011, and our technicians work on HP boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
We stock genuine HP parts and OEM-compatible components for every common HP OMEN 40L fault — from screen replacements and battery swaps to logic board repairs and data recovery. Before any work begins, you receive a written cost estimate. Our ₹350 inspection fee is refunded if you proceed with the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, we test the charger's actual output voltage first (a surprisingly common cause, especially with third-party chargers), then check the DC jack/battery connector, and finally test the motherboard's own charging circuit — in that order, from simplest and cheapest cause to most involved.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes
