Who repairs your device
Your HP ProDesk 400 G9 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we test the charger and its output voltage first to rule out a bad adapter, then check the DC jack/USB-C port for a cracked solder joint or physically worn connector — the most common real cause — and either re-solder or replace the port assembly as needed.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The HP ProDesk 400 G9 is HP's mid-tier business desktop line — sitting below EliteDesk, offering business features at a more accessible price for small/medium businesses.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. Desktop PCs have different failure modes from laptop repair: open chassis design, full-size components, and tower airflow. Our engineers use oscilloscope diagnostics and stress testing to identify PSU ripple, GPU thermal issues, and RAM timing errors — recommending targeted component replacement.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Evershine City is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Before any work begins, our technician shares a written quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
