How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The HP Z2 Tower G9 is part of HP's Z-series workstation line — ISV-trained professional desktops built for engineering, design, and data-science workloads, similar in positioning to Dell Precision.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. HP keyboard backlight issues are commonly a connector issue rather than a full keyboard failure. Before quoting a full deck replacement, our engineers diagnose the backlight circuit directly — often restoring backlighting without any parts cost. That's the standard Xigox holds for HP Z2 Tower G9 Computer Workstation Keyboard Replacement in Bandra — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the HP Z2 Tower G9 Computer Workstation Keyboard Replacement is complete.
