10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Vasai West repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP Laptop architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every HP component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Laptop — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401202 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Vasai Fort, our service coverage extends across Vasai West and all surrounding localities. In addition to Vasai West, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Papdy Road, Manickpur, Moregaon and other nearby areas.
How your HP Laptop gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Vasai West; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every HP repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your HP Laptop.

Our bench covers 17 distinct HP series. That matters for Laptop CD/DVD Drive Not Working Repair, because a Compaq and a DeskJet are stripped down very differently. We regularly take in Compaq, DeskJet, EliteBook and EliteDesk, along with EliteOne, Envy, LaserJet and Neverstop units for Laptop CD/DVD Drive Not Working Repair in Vasai West. Specific HP models on our current service list include HP EliteBook, HP Envy, HP Omen and HP Pavilion. If your HP model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The HP Envy is HP's upper-mid-tier consumer laptop line — positioned above Pavilion with better build materials and display quality, below the flagship Spectre.
The HP Omen is HP's dedicated gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, dedicated gaming GPUs, and HP's gaming-focused cooling and software (Omen Gaming Hub).
The HP Pavilion is HP's mainstream consumer laptop line — everyday computing and schoolwork at a mid-range price point, sitting between entry-level and the premium Spectre/Envy lines.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this exact symptom shows up, we first check the drive's own health data (SMART attributes, reallocated sector count) to confirm whether it's actually failing versus just full, then clone your existing drive sector-by-sector onto the new one wherever possible so your OS, apps, and files carry over without a fresh install.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes (longer if cloning existing data)
