10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Prabhadevi repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP EliteBook architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
We stock genuine HP parts and OEM-compatible components for every common HP EliteBook fault — from screen replacements and battery swaps to logic board repairs and data recovery. Before any work begins, you receive a written cost estimate. Our ₹350 inspection fee is refunded if you proceed with the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400025 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Ganesh Nagar, our service coverage extends across Prabhadevi and all surrounding localities. In addition to Prabhadevi, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Worli, Dadar West, Matunga and other nearby areas.
How your HP EliteBook gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Prabhadevi; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every HP repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your HP EliteBook.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, our technicians remove the top case or keyboard bezel, disconnect the keyboard's ribbon cable from the motherboard, fit a replacement keyboard built for your exact model (not a generic lookalike), and test every single key before closing the chassis.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The HP EliteBook is HP's premium business laptop line — competing with Dell Latitude and Lenovo ThinkPad, with a strong emphasis on security (fingerprint, IR camera, HP Sure Click/Sure View) and enterprise manageability.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. A broken hinge, stiff lid connector, or trackpad registering phantom clicks on your HP needs careful disassembly to fix correctly. Xigox engineers use the correct spanner sets and hinge-replacement kits, ensure no secondary damage, and validate every key and trackpad gesture before delivery. For HP EliteBook Laptop Keyboard Not Working in Prabhadevi specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed HP EliteBook Laptop Keyboard Not Working.
