Who repairs your device
Your HP Omen is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

If you are looking for HP Omen repair in Prabhadevi that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent HP bench since 2011, and our technicians work on HP boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
We stock genuine HP parts and OEM-compatible components for every common HP Omen fault — from screen replacements and battery swaps to logic board repairs and data recovery. Before any work begins, you receive a written cost estimate. Our ₹350 inspection fee is refunded if you proceed with the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400025 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). In addition to Prabhadevi, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Worli, Dadar West, Matunga and other nearby areas.
How your HP Omen gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Prabhadevi; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back HP work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your HP Omen does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, our technicians configure the printer or device's wireless settings from scratch (rather than just retrying a half-working existing setup), install the matching driver on each device that needs it, and confirm the connection survives a router restart.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
