Who repairs your device
Your HP Omen is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Charoti repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP Omen architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every HP component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your HP Omen — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401601 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Dahanu, our service coverage extends across Charoti and all surrounding localities. In addition to Charoti, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Ganjad, Zai, Betegaon and other nearby areas.
How your HP Omen gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Charoti; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back HP work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your HP Omen does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians run a before/after temperature benchmark under load so the improvement is measurable, not just assumed — checking fan RPM response and idle/load temperatures both before opening the chassis and again after the clean and repaste.
Dried-out factory thermal paste is one of the most common causes of creeping temperatures on a laptop that is otherwise healthy — we always clean off the old compound fully before applying fresh paste, rather than layering over it.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The HP Omen is HP's dedicated gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, dedicated gaming GPUs, and HP's gaming-focused cooling and software (Omen Gaming Hub).
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Thermal throttling is the most common reason why laptops feel sluggish after 2–3 years. In Charoti, Xigox performs HP Omen Thermal Paste Application as a comprehensive thermal overhaul: top-tier thermal compound, dust clearance from all cooling vanes, fan service or replacement, and thermal pad replacement on VRAM and VRM modules — all in one visit under 3 hours.
During your repair in Charoti, why not take the opportunity to boost its performance. Many of our customers request more RAM while the HP is being repaired. This proactive approach reduces future repair costs and can make an old laptop feel brand new. Ask our technician about optimization packages when you book your repair.
All this job performed by Xigox in Charoti comes with a written 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. Simply put, if the same issue recurs within 90 days, we redo it completely free. Xigox issues a printed warranty receipt every single time, so you know exactly what is covered.
